E2E(End to End Process Model)

The E2E process model is a standard process that provides the complete online purchase experience Click-to-Buy ultimately pursues.
Using this process as a standard, multiple variations can be configured according to the business environment of each country where Click to Buy will be operated.

1. Variation of Build & Price Procedure

The "Select dealer" step can be selectively configured to put it at the very beginning of the process or at the end of "Build a car".

2. Variation of Order Procedure

The variations in the ordering process are designed to reflect the dealer requirements of each sales region rather than those of the buyer. The main variation is when to make booking payment, i.e., before the buyer makes a request for quotation or when a quote is determined after the quotation process.

AStandard Order Procedure (Booking Before Quotation)

A quotation request should be made after making booking payment to the selected dealer. The model has an advantage, i.e., actual purchase intention can be clearly checked.

BBooking After Quotation

The buyer can request a quotation without any burden. However, the dealer may face a situation wherein no purchase proceeds even after sending many quotes.

3. Variation of Order – Switching to offline

A branch is provided for consumers who find it difficult to finish their purchase online, so that they can directly contact the dealer while placing an order.

  • A_ The buyer contacts the dealer after completing the financing step and proceeds with the remaining steps offline.
  • B_ The buyer pays the balance to the dealer offline after checking the contract and agreeing to the purchase.
